- Account & Profile Data: Your name, email address, and profile settings to manage your active workspace.
- Workspace Interaction Data: The text prompts, code submissions, workflow exercises, and non-sensitive interactions you share with our AI mentors and agents.
- Billing Details: Securely processed via industry-standard payment gateways. Zentelon never stores your raw credit card or banking details directly.
2. How We Train Our AI Agents (And What We Safeguard)
To make our AI learning agents smarter, more dynamic, and better at explaining complex technical concepts, we continuously refine their underlying models.
- Responsible Agent Training: We may use non-sensitive interaction data — such as general coding queries, workflow errors, and system feedback — to train, test, and improve our AI agent models. This ensures our AI mentors stay helpful, accurate, and aligned with real-world developer needs.
- Zero Sensitive Data Usage: We NEVER use sensitive, private, or personal identity information for model training. This includes: Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as full legal names, private contact info, or passwords; private financial records, payment keys, or proprietary business source code flagged as confidential; sensitive personal media, biometric data, or private communication records.
- Anonymization: Any interaction data processed for AI agent improvement is automatically stripped of personal identifiers before hitting our training pipelines.
3. Core Data Commitments (Our Promise)
- No Selling of Personal Data: We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third-party advertisers, marketing agencies, or data brokers.
- No Unsolicited Spam: We only send essential platform updates, system alerts, and critical account security notices. You can opt out of promotional communications at any time.

We implement industry-grade encryption standards (both in transit and at rest) to safeguard your data. While no system connected to the internet is entirely bulletproof, our engineering team continuously monitors system architecture to defend against security breaches, unauthorized access, and cyber threats.

- Access & Export: Request a copy of the activity logs and materials associated with your account.
- Account Deletion: You have the right to request permanent deletion of your Zentelon account. Upon deletion, all associated personal data and private account records are permanently purged from our active databases.
- Opt-Out Controls: You can adjust your account settings at any time to restrict how your non-sensitive interaction logs are processed for platform improvements.
